I’m really great full for Ayer Oil. My husband and I are new to this house that we rent - neither of us have ever been responsible for an oil tank before. We realized we were really low on oil and in need of a delivery right away. We’ve let the tank one out once by accident already - and at that time we were dealing with Lorden Oil. They charged us all sorts of fees to rush our order - not to mention the minimum order Lorden has of 150 gallons. That order with Lorden was almost $500. This time, I decided to explore other options. I put in a contact for early in the morning on their website

I haven't needed anything unusual recently but a few years ago they sent out a service agent on a frigid call-out very late at night to help us when our burner died, so nowadays I appreciate their prompt and helpful support also as well as peace of mind

I have been a loyal Ayer oil customer since 2012 and they always provide top quality service! They are reliable and trustworthy and very easy to work with. The service technicians that have been to my house have always been very professional, positive, and great to work with... they are the best oil company I've had while living in this area!!! We were in a pinch, our tank was in crazy need of replacing, and Ayer oil was the only company that practically dropped everything and came out to look at our tank and replaced it within a week. They were always there to answer all questions we had and when we had a slight issue, they were there same day to repair. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a tank or oil fill. I am so happy to be going into this winter with a full and non rusting tank.
