Jay, Ben and Mike were all very professional, trustworthy and honest in assessing our HVAC needs for our older Victorian home. I think there is a disconnect somewhere - our technician was great, and I see the other reviews, but we had them come in Tuesday and no diagnosis has gone on to the Home Shield service that connected us to them. Two stars so far. The onsite service onsite was great; the man who came to our place to diagnose the AC problem was awesome. But that's the last we've heard from them. That was Tuesday; it's now Friday and the Home Shield service we used that had Pinnacle come to help us still has not received the diagnosis from Pinnacle, so nothing is fixed.

What can i say?
During a mid winter cold snap my 30 year old boiler started having an "you need to appreciate me" attitude and one of our heating zones stopped working. Obviously we werent happy and we needed help ASAP. I called Pinnacle and they scheduled something immediately. Team member Mike came out on time and diagnosed the issue promptly and remarkably resolved it almost as quick. It took Mike no time at all to get our home heated again and bring back smiles to my family who were living with blankets draped over them. We are super happy with the service.

Pinnacle HVAC is the best. My 30-year-old steam boiler recently stopped working, which left me with no heat. Mike arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue, repaired my heat temporarily, and returned the next day with a part to finish the repair. He even followed up the next day by phone to check that everything was still working properly.
When I asked about replacing the boiler, Jay (owner/founder) offered to work with me on the necessary paperwork for Mass Save's heat loan program, but he also assured me there was still some life left in my boiler. Pinnacle HVAC truly cares about their customers

We had a problem with our heating system last week. We got a quote of almost $1300 from another company to repair it. Mike from Pinnacle came in for a second opinion and fixed the issue in 5 minutes and it costs the price of a normal service call. I’m very happy I had someone else take a look at the system. Had a broken Honeywell WiFi thermostat. called Pinnacle (have used them multiple times) Mike came out and replaced it. He programmed the new one so it works great. Mike is a pleasure to do business with and very competent. Highly recommend Pinnacle for HVAC work!

I highly recommend Pinnacle for any HVAC needs, I easily scheduled routine maintence on both heating and cooling units on behalf of my neighbors and I and could not have been happier with the service. Ben and his counterpart were friendly, knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire service and gave useful tips to extend the life of the units. I had an emergency recently where our 20+ year old furnace started making crazy drilling noises whenever it kicked on. I called Pinnacle HVAC, and they managed to get someone out to the house to see it the same day. When they came out, they were able to identify the issue quickly. Due to the nature of how old our furnace is, parts aren't readily available and easy to find. But Pinnacle did all the work to call around and find the parts needed. They made sure the most important elements would be overnighted and gave us a number to call when they arrived. Thankfully the most essential part arrived

This is the second time in 2 years we have had Pinnacle diagnose and repair issues with 2 of our furnaces. Each time they were punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. Today Mike came to the house, fixed the issue promptly and explained why the system failed. He also answered a few other questions I had about our HVAC systems and gave me some helpful recommendations. This company was awesome and Ben, the technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and truly seemed to love his career.
Our a/c broke on the 4th of july when it was 100 degrees. Another company came out and immediately told us we needed a new compressor for 4500.
Thankfully we got a second opinion from Pinnacle and It was fixed in 15 min for a small fee by Ben. He also explained everything in detail to me so I had a good understanding of why the A/C broke and what was done.
Highly recommend and big props to Ben for his excellent customer service . Courteous, honest, professional and knowledgeable

I highly recommend these guys. I found Jay and Ben to be really nice, friendly, smart guys and they installed a great product for me (combo gas boiler and water heater). They helped get me $2,000 worth of coverage under my American Home Shield home warranty and also talked me through the $3,000 Mass Save rebate so we only ended up paying 50% out of pocket to replace our heating system. I work in building management in Boston so I have dealt with a LOT of contractors, and what I really appreciated about Ben and Jay is that they took the time to explain how things worked, what my options were

THEEEEEE worst customer service ever! I wouldn't use this company if it was THE last HVAC repair co in the world. This contractor was supplied through American Home Shield. The initial service request was 16 days ago. Contractor came to my house and determined a part would need to be ordered, but has NOT answered my numerous phone calls. It's currently 98 degrees outside and we still have not received an update. Called AHS numerous times and they were able to reach Contractor who confirmed part was delivered last week and I would be contacted. I have YET to be contacted. At this
