I ended up having to call an emergency plumber to shut off our water because the valve above the damaged water heater would not work. The damage afterward was a little too much for me to handle (especially with posibilities of growing mold) but Water Damage 858 came out, inspected for mold, and gave us a very reasonable rate. I am keeping their name and contact information and will refer them to our family and friends.

Water Damage 858 is a fantastic company and we are so happy we decided to work with them in resolving the mold problem at our new house. The guys were super responsive, wonderfully helpful, and very knowledgable about mold remediation. They were able to help speed through testing with the lab that conducted the tests for our house. I had water damage in my kitchen sink causing mold to build up. I called Water Damage 858 to deal with mold mediation and the team took care of the situation immediately. They let me know several options to let me know what they were able to do. It was also great to see the team come out with gloves and masks showing they care about staying safe during the covid situation. Water Damage 858 helped me when I had an emergency during the pandemic. My bathroom pipes had burst and leaked all over my basement. We experienced a small fire in our living room and our sprinkler system saved the day. However the sprinklers caused a bunch of water damage in the room. Our plumber recommended Water Damage 858 to fix our living room. They were able to replace the wet drywall and get our living room back to normal in just a few weeks. I couldn't believe they were able to repair the water damage that fast!

After a recent flood in our kitchen, we noticed mold growing on the ceiling. The original water damage restoration company did not do a good job of cleaning up all the water and apparently the excess moisture in the walls led to the mold growth. I refused to call the first company we hired, so I did some research online and found Water Damage 858. Their team did a great job fixing all of the mold damage. They also repaired some of the walls that had still had water damage. I was very impressed with their level of workmanship

When you hear about home fires, you think of all the wildfires you see on the news and hundreds of homes destroyed. However, there are also small fires, often in the kitchen that destroy only a small portion of the house. That's what happened to our home a few months back. The damage wasn't too bad but it was definitely visible. I take great pride in my home so I knew I had to get it fixed.

Our company recently relocated to a new office in the Rancho Bernardo area around the New Year. Everything was going great until we showed up to work on day and the entire entrance hall was flooded with about 5 inches of water.
