The first mold survey and lab tests done to your home are the most important. These problems, if they exist, may be easily remedied by the homeowner. Inside of Your Home: We will do a visual survey of your home to look for obvious mold areas and with some of the highest state-of-the-art equipment we will be able to detect any problem areas that cannot be seen, such as between the walls, HV/AC vent ducts and under cabinets and floors.
Documentation: You will receive the full report direct from the lab that consists of identified mold and the quantity. Along with the report will be health concerns that may be associated with any molds that are found in your home. The lab reports will say yes or no, if we have elevated mold conditions compared to the outside and more important they will tell us if we have any toxic mold in the mix.
