Floors are subjected to just about every kind of abuse - impact, abrasion, chemical attack, and thermal shock. Concrete floors are not designed to take this continual abuse. Concrete floors are porous and tend to create dust from wear and abuse. They are also subject to abrasion and chemical attack.
Grinding concrete on the industrial floor is a preparation method for removing previous floor coatings, smoothing bumps and leveling unevenness. It uses the most aggressive type of diamond blade to remove thin film floor coatings; and is often a first step in concrete polishing. Concrete floor preparation's grinding, provides a smoother concrete flooring surface.
Our epoxy floor coating experts at Deco-Coat Flooring understand the tools, products and procedures that it takes to give our costumer the best system for there needs as well as there budget. When selecting the appropriate type of flooring system, it is critical to understand some of the key differences between the wide variety of materials and applications.
Polymer ColorFlakes, also known as decorative vinyl color chips, flakes or fleck are specially formulated paint aggregates used to enhance the aesthetic qualities of seamless, resin-based chip/flake flooring systems. This unique product is random in shape, sized within a standardized range and custom blended to match any decor.
Epoxy coatings are generally packaged in two parts that are mixed prior to application. The two parts consist of 1) an epoxy resin which is cross-linked with 2) a co-reactant or hardener. Epoxy coatings are formulated based upon the performance requirements for the end product. When properly catalyzed and applied, epoxies produce a hard, chemical and solvent resistant finish.

We had them fill and level a low spot on our back porch, followed by the deco-coat finish. If we could give them a ten star we would. They not only performed the above services, they did some repair work on our porch railing, tightening the posts for us. Our porch floor is durable and beautiful. Highly recommend this company!

Chad redid our pool decking and it is gorgeous! He and his crew showed up when he said they would and they worked over the weekend when weather delayed the work and the drying time! He is knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. I can’t wait to get my patio done to match! I will be recommending him to anyone that wants this type of work done! After numerous disastrous encounters with contractors here in OH it’s a relief to find someone that shows up and takes pride in their work and service!

I had such a wonderful experience with Deco-Coat. Their estimate was reasonable and their contract and payment policies were clear. They were on time and got the job done quickly. They were friendly and easy to work with. We had them do 1/2 of our basement after a flood, so we couldn't get down there to do our laundry while they were working. They actually did some of our laundry for us! I would highly recommend them for any epoxy flooring. We would use them again.

Chad and his crew gave a fair quote for repairing a crack that ran the width of the apron of my driveway and a step leading to my front door.
He gave me a start date and I was very pleased when he was able to fit me in a couple weeks prior to that date.
Chad and his crew arrived on time, completed the job and cleaned up well.

Deco-Coat Flooring did an outstanding job on our front porch. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the results. Chad arrived on the date that he gave us, performed the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up the area after completion. We recommend Deco-Coat as they do top quality work, and Chad is a very personable individual who knows his products and is great to work with.

I had my back patio redone. It turned out gorgeous. My concrete was starting to chip on the top. I had several estimates before Deco-Coat and all insisted I had to replace my entire concrete patio. The concrete wasn't cracked, was just slightly chipping. The Deco-Coat was the perfect option. No demolition, no cement trucks, and removal of fencing ect to make room for a cement truck. Best of all, Deco-Coat is beautiful and not just plain concrete. There's so many choices of colors. My patio looks like pebbles. Not to mention the cost is definitely surprisingly 1/3 of what the quotes were for replacement

My garage floor was a mess and I desperately needed to do something. Chad came out and assured me he could fix everything and make it look great. Well, indeed he did! Chad completed in 2 days and it turned out wonderful. This was done in 2018, I’ve cleaned twice (super easy to clean) and looks just the same. I would highly recommend Deco-Coat Flooring.
