We constantly buy items at auction all over the country and have them shipped to our home in CT. I've never had a worse experience trying to do this than working with RSVP. They promised to pick up, pack, and deliver four items on or about December 2. Having heard nothing by December 5, I called them, only to learn they had not even picked up the items from the auction house yet. When I asked what their new intended schedule was, I was told I would receive a return phone call with that information. You can probably guess there was no return phone call, and then every email and new phone

I cannot imagine worse planning, lack of common sense, waste, and methods that create time and labor problems for the customer on the receiving end. First of all, my shipment was 25% over estimate. When I received a call from FedEx to schedule local delivery [RSVP uses other shippers for drop off under circumstances that are only known to them], it became clear after interrogating the FedEx rep that they planned on dropping off a singular 263 pound, shrink wrapped pallet containing all of my boxes, to an undetermined location on my property, possibly the end of a 200 foot driveway at the street
