The drivers get 5 stars, but not Brandon nor Allied. I did not want to assign a star rating for fear the worst customer service experience ever would be wrongly assigned to two great drivers. But the survey requires it.The load in driver and crew and the delivery driver and crew were wonderful. It was not their fault I had to call and email Brandon's office almost every day in the 26 days it took for our furniture, household goods, clothing and everything else to come from Florida to Colorado. There was absolutely no communication from Brandon or the nation office of Allied unless I initiated it

Moving is very stressful - especially when you are moving your 90 year old mother from her home into an Assisted Living facility. Karen in the office was extremely kind and put up with all our questions time after time. Our moving team, Ricky and Angel, were absolutely incredible. Within in minutes of their arrival they diffused all the tension and worry and got to work. They worked hard and quickly, all the time showing professionalism, respect and humor. I cannot say enough great things about these men and the company they work for!

They did a great job packing, loading truck, unloading truck, truck driver Brad was very friendly and put furniture together and went above and beyond to get the job done quickly. Furniture traveled 1500 miles and was delivered in three days. I highly recommend.

Update: 3/11/2021. I am updating my rating from a one star to a two star rating only because my consultant Susanne Miller has done her very best to lighten the blow of this horrendous out of state moving experience. She was able to take off $400 from my total balance but I have to mention this was only after I had made my one star rating on Google. The office staff merely told me to file a complaint when I asked for a discount.
Delivery occurred 4 days past my delivery window on 2/24. Leaving me without ALL my belongings for over 3 weeks. Delay was only part of the nightmare. The delivery was

We had a great experience unloading and loading into this facility for a couple of their clients. We had no issues with the ease of getting the household items in or out of the facility.
