Just for the record, the cleaning I got is not what I thought it was. The guy was here maybe an hour and cleaned only the blowers. In the ad it says unlimited ducts.
Then in their FB conversation I asked to confirm unlimited registers.
Unlimited vents cleaned is NOT what was done. That is a miss leading statement. Honestly, if it was a larger dollar amount I'd take this to small claims court for fraudulent advertising.
From the video of a duct being cleaned (not the blower) plus the unlimited ducts post in the ad... This advertising was a lie. $250 for 1 hour of work???

Found this company on Groupon disguised as Pro Duct Solutions. Tony and his friend were both wearing Tornado-Air shirts though...
Was told my dryer vent needed a deep cleaning and it would be $299 because the vent was attached too far into the wall. Otherwise they would have to open up my wall!!!! I said no thanks and that I would get another estimate.
Guess what? The next day I had another company come out and was told the exhaust pipe had been shoved into the wall but was easily pulled out.
Don't be scammed by their deceptive and unethical sales techniques.

We are greatly thankful for the service from Tornado Air. Customer service and quality of work like no other. We are really enjoying the house as new! Super clean air ducts, no more allergies in the family. We did install the UV lights with them, also to prevent new bacteria to grow. Very satisfied with their quality of work, customer service and fair price! We definitely do recommend them!

I called and they called me back within 10 minutes. Sounded like they don't mess around or try to take away of your time.. friendly over the phone and overall it was a good price. I haven't cleaned my air duct in over two years!!!! They did the job quick and they event sent me pictures of how it looks inside

This vendor uses fear sales tactics to try to sell you services your home does NOT need for exorbitant price; such as 'deep cleaning for mold that can make you and your family ill and make allergies worse as it continues to spread' - where there is no mold in the ducts but rather DUST. I am extremely disappointed in the dishonesty of this vendor and will NEVER recommend them to anyone. They only deserve negative reviews in the hopes that other folks will read them and stay away.
