Really good service from Victor of PJP. He replaced two bottom door seals in less than an hour, the new ones look good. Fit great. Cleaned the gutters all around the house. Showed up exactly on time, got the job done quickly, and cleaned up completely. Reasonable price. Highly recommend these guys based on this first job, I'll certainly use their services again

What a refreshing experience! We called Paul Pacheco for Chimney cleaning service and dryer vent cleaning as well. Great communication, very far price, honest and showed up at agreed upon time. He was very professional and took great care when cleaning the chimney. We will be using PJP HANDYMAN on a regular basis.

Being in time is always a great start considering the trades are notorious for being late and then not doing a good job. This company did exactly what should always expected…. Being on time and then doing a great job on my interior attic ladder installation. I own a roofing company and we pride ourselves in doing exactly what this company demonstrated… keeping appointments and being on time and then following up with quality work. Job well done!

We had a very positive experience with Victor from ProDryer Vent cleaning. He was well spoken, professional and performed an excellent and very thorough dryer vent cleaning and chimney cleaning. The only drawback was when I called early that morning to confirm our 11a-1p appointment they did not have us scheduled. But Paul, the owner, apologized and did his best to squeeze us in a bit later that afternoon. It all worked out for us and would not be a reason for me to not use him again. (Another reason I was impressed with Victor, in spite of having a long drive from Adkins to get to us in Schertz

The PJP guys were very professional and super clean when they painted our living/kitchen and master. The lines were crisp and the paintwork smooth around all the fixtures. There were no paint drips or anything after they cleaned up on our wood floors. They were on time and prompt. We will definitely be using them in the future.

After some fun and games got a little too fun, thanks to my sons, we needed some drywall repaired and PJP delivered fast, complete repair of the wall. They showed up quickly and knocked out the wall. They cleaned up the site and made it look like nothing ever happened. Call these guys and you won't be disappointed!

I was hopeful after reading all the positive reviews about this company. I sent him photos of the job I needed. I needed a small area of siding replaced up by my attic. Cats were getting in to my attic. He replied by saying my Soffet siding was too hard to work with, that Hardy Board was better. He said my siding is plastic and CHEAP. Nice to be insulted!! The CHEAP SIDING has been on my home since 1980. Still looks new and has survived hail, rain,dirt,etc. It looks really good actually. So I texted back and said ok we can use the Hardy Board if you prefer. It's an area that won't be

I saw a post on his Facebook site after he cleaned a dryer vent. 😳 Having lived in our home over 10 years I sent PJP a message to schedule an appointment.
He was on time and very thorough, I went outside to watch as he was cleaning the vent on the roof. I honestly did not know the vent stack was on the roof. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PJP!!!

Very prompt, very professional. They were quick to get to my project, even though it was a small job, and communicated with me on what the problem was and how to solve it. Sometimes it's hard to find someone when it's not a big job, so I really appreciated it that they showed me the same care as if I'd had a more expensive repair. (Not to mention how some companies just don't call back, or don't finish on time.) I'm sure I'll be calling them again for future work!

Paul and his assistance, Isaiah, came on time as we agreed, to perform the water heater drainage job. In addition to that, Paul also took a look in out Dryer vent system, and cleaned it up in a matter of minutes. Paul also did a roof general inspection, finding out that some of the shingles fabric needed to be trimmed. Everything went well, all the jobs were completed in less than an hour! Great customer service and fair prices, thanks a bunch Paul!!We will calling you back again!

He responded quickly to our inquiry, and arrived on time and ready to fix the issue. The situation was a bit complex, but he listened to our concerns and made the appropriate repair.
Our vent was improperly installed by prior owner and was leaking greasy, smelly air into our upstairs bedroom. Since we are planning an kitchen update in the next 6-9 months, we had to get this thing repaired. It was very challenging because of the prior installation method, but he did a great job!

I've never needed to use a handyman from Yelp before I tried PJP Handyman. Not only where they quick to respond to my inquiry but after answering my questions about the service and price, I was impressed by how direct he was about what I should expect regarding job and price and the responsiveness was prompt. It didn't take long at all to schedule a day, he had his employee prompt and ready the following day to start working on my exterior door. Derrick the employee did a great job, was fast and efficient. I would definitely call this business back with more projects and assignments

I love this service! Mr. Paul has been amazing to work with and Mr. Derick has done impressive work! I have hired them a few times. Mr. Derick is always punctual, very professional, work is top notch, conscientious, attention to detail is impressive and cleans up after himself. I recommend them 100%. They are my first go to company! I will post pictures of one of the projects - replaced a doggie door- looks sweet! Also, cleaned out my dryer vent from the wall to outside- it was horrid. Now my dryer dries the clothes in one cycle.

PJP hooked my master bathroom UP!!! Derick came and painted my bathroom a lovely blue color!!! He did a really good job while being kind and professional!!! The best part was.... I called Paul (boss of PJP) on Friday and he was able to have Derick come and paint within 3 days!!!! I love the promptness of this business!!!! We will definitely hire them again for our future handyman needs!!!!!
