Brent’s parent’s most be so proud…Such a pleasant and professional and polite young man that came out to look at my washing machine. He was thorough and explained exactly what needed to be done and why. He looked up the serial number on my machine and told me there was an open recall and what to do next. I never would have known that. Thankfully there was a simple fix and my washer was up and running quickly. I highly recommend One Source Appliance Repair.

Brent came out on 8-27-21 to diagnose the problem with my dryer which was the cycling and high limit thermostat. He ordered the parts and came back on 9-3-21 to put it on. Both times I found Brent to be highly professional. He was friendly and was very respectful. I would highly recommend Brent and this company to anyone
