We are always searching for competitive pricing and do our best to keep prices low while maintaining a high quality for service. We don't charge for the service call if we perform the repair. In addition, we don't charge extra for holiday, weekend, or night appointments. Our price is always far much lower than that of other similar companies.

We could solve all problems of your washer regardless of front loaded or top loaded. Generally, a problem of a washer often comes from one among many of causes. Also, it relies on the name of the washer, Front loaded or Top loaded. For example, "not spinning" could be problem of lid switch, coupling driver, timer, circuit board, sensor assembly, motor, dirty water pump.etc.
Although dryer has structure simple compared with other main appliance around your home, it works at double current (30 amps/220_240 Volts) and, as a result, it consumes lots of power (4000_6000Watts an hour). Because it works in very hot condition, its components is hard to survive for a long time of use.
Garbage Disposal Machine is a device working in dirty, salty environment so problems often coming out are inevitable. We could solve all problems coming out from the Garbage Disposal. However, if your machine has so big problem that it cannot be fixed we suggest to replace a new one. A regular machine with 1/3HP_3/4HP is often not much expensive and we could install it for you.

Horrible service. I called Jack to fix a Samsung refrigerator that was making a weird noise. He text me back saying that it could be fixed and we scheduled an appointment for May 16, 2016 at 12:00pm. He never showed up, I called him at 12:30 and asked him if he was going to show...but he seem to have forgot about it. We then rescheduled for 3pm that day.
He arrived and inspected back of the fridge and said the main circuit board was broken and had to be replace. He said he will order it and schedule a return for May 20th.

Jack did a good job fixing a broken Samsung icemaker I had in my house in Durham. Unlike many of the other area technicians, he was available pretty much same day, coming out promptly after my call to him and taking care of the job in well less than an hour. In an industry riddled with potential nightmare scenarios, Jack was dependable, professional and best of all, knew his stuff.

Jack now has an office in Chapel Hill. Our washing machine broke and it's old so we didn't want to spend tons to have someone come out and fix it. Other guys charged almost what he charged for whole repair (parts and labor) just to come out and look at it. The machine is working great. This guy knows his stuff.
