I have been in the restoration business since 1985. Back then, there was no such thing as a "damage recovery" company--when your home was flooded and you wanted to dry the carpet you called the carpet guy, and that's where I started. When other carpet companies were still using chemicals with a high carcinogenic rate, I patented my invention of a chemical free way to clean water-damaged carpets.
Thirty years later, we have expanded to all types of damage restoration and bio-hazard clean-up, and are the only family-owned and run restoration business in the neighborhood. My family maintains the standard for healthy living by our service to Western Oregon. I'm proud of the service my company provides to the community, by removing mold, bio-hazard waste, standing water, and smoke or flood-ruined material from homes.

We needed our crawl space cleaned out and secured from rats and mice We also needed our moisture barrier removed and replaced. Billy and George were on time, very thorough and efficient in finding all the issues that needed attention. We would have hired them but their availability was too far out so we went with another company.

I originally called another company to seal off, clean up, set up moisture barriers (vapor barriers) and sanitize my rat infested crawlspace. Because the original company was not available, they recommended Advance Recovery Corp (ARC). ARC responded almost immediately. They were courteous, efficient and quick. When they were done, I went down there myself with a flashlight and inspected their work and I was very pleased. The place was clean, and clear of debris. The vapor barriers were set smooth and fit well. The smell was even fresh! No rat s**t, no nothing! The vent seals on the outside were

We had a bit of water coming inside the home from outside a little while back, and at the suggestion of a friend we gave Advanced Recovery a call.
Billy came out to do the inspection, found the source of the problem and had both the water cleaned up and the repair done in a few hours. Haven't had any more water inside since. Price seemed reasonable as well.

I am a licensed Contractor that specializes in the reconstruction side of restoration. I was called out to a job because the home owners thought the work done so far was not right. Advanced has been sitting on this job for months with little progress. The demo process has been going on for 2 weeks and this is how they left the job site. as a professional in this industry, this is by far the worst job i have ever walked into. they broke a pipe and left it to leak on the floor for a week, they left the floor wide open for rodents to come in. They STILL have black mold growing on the sheetrock. I

Carlos at Advanced recovery is the best! Our crawl space is absolutely terrible, and him and his team got in there and took care of the job. They tore everything out, got rid of any water damage, dug out the space and then installed new liner. Through all of this Carlos and his team kept a great attitude and was super kind, even when they got attacked by ants.

Not only would I recommend Advanced Recovery Corp, I would hire them again in the future. Tim, Dexter and Casey were not only fast, they were effective, clean and respectful. They worked under our home cleaning water damage, critter damage and disconnected ducts. Thanks to the three of them, our central cooling has been flowing better than ever.

I had a pipe burst inside a wall and leak sink/garbage disposal waste into my crawlspace.
Advance Recover Corp was able to professionally and timely take care of the problem in the middle of all the extra work the Portland area snowstorm brought in Feb. 2021.
They went above and beyond scheduling a truck to come pump out waste and having a plumber come out within days of each other to then redo my crawlspace in just one day.
I can't stress enough how easy they made this for me. Every employee was was wonderful during this pandemic we are living in. They were cautious and courteous about wearing
