After discovering I had a slow leak in my bathroom which had damaged the flooring and left dampness in the crawl space I began seeking recommendations and appraisals. We had a accidental fire occur on 11/4/19. I made one call to Johanna at SERVPRO & she took care of everything else. She was always just a call or text away if I happen to have any questions. Although we did not have a fire on sight at Willamette Lutheran Retirement Community in Keizer Oregon, we did have poor air quality and smoke. Oregon suffered many wildfires and our state was in crisis. We serve 120 seniors in our community and the air quality was poor for our residents and 75 employees. We have worked with SERVPRO in the past with a water damage issue and they had served us Will, so I called them.
