Clear Tech Pools is currently seeking candidates to join our cleaning department, repair department, construction department, retail location and our sales department. We are seeking a dedicated, mechanically-inclined self started individual. All of these positions requires the work be completed quickly and accurately.
You must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Florida drivers license to apply for these positions. Having a pool doesn't have to be stressful or complicated. Had a technician named Britton come out to help with a priming and leaking issue. Not only did he take care of the leak he reworked the piping leading into the filter to increase the water flow pressure so the pool would prime correctly. He took the time to explain the problem, what he would do to fix it and how the system would function better with less strain on the pump. He explained what he was doing and answered any and all questions I had. Today, my system is running like it was new. If all techs were like him, the only reviews posted would be positive.

The first man who came to service our pool failed to leave levels of chemicals tested in the door tag as we had agreed when they came to see our pool and gave us an estimate, failed to add chlorine consistently the pool consequently grew algae, when asked to correct the above he became angry and rude. I talked to his manager and he commented on how beautiful his handwriting was!. Later, I found out that the cleaners are given a limited amount of chlorine per day regardless of what they may need. They sent a girl who left running stating there was a nest of wasps in my controller, which was not

Do not use this company. They are unprofessional and difficult to get anything scheduled with. Even when you do schedule, they do not even show up. When they do finally show up (unannounced) they do not complete the repairs and require multiple trips and bills.
They were supposed to fix a pool pump issue and it took 3 visits to finally get it resolved, charging us for all 3 visits. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Adding more pictures. The pool continued to be green. It is resolved now, but I decided to discontinue service. Mary Jo (?), Nick D. and a few others did try to provide good customer service. I was issued credits--after some time of receiving calls for payment, being told it would be looked into then being called again for payment never having gotten the promised follow up--and ultimately paid for a month and change of service (pool has been clean since later in the week of October 18th). The experience overall has been stressful to the point that it's easier for me to handle

We got a new pool put in by Clear Tech Pools this year and they did an absolute amazing job from start to finish! Joe & Ryan helped us design our dream backyard, it turned out better then imagined. We could not ask for a better company to tackle such a big project and will recommend to all our friends and family. We are very happy with the pool service as well.

The lack of professionalism is striking, and the lack of quality is even worse. These pictures are from 3 separate occasions, with minimal if any pool use in between cleanings this is what our pool continues to look like. After multiple calls to customer service, still no improvement or even expedited service considering the disgusting nature of the pool. If our rental company didn’t have a contract with this company we would never use them, and any chance I meet someone with a pool I will warm them against even wasting a dime with this company. If I had the option to not give one star I definitely would. This company took over the pool on July 23rd 2021, and we've had to call them almost every Saturday bc their technician is not actually doing his job but still collecting a paycheck I'm sure. He marks he is here for 15 minutes, and cleans the pool, etc. But in fact doesn't do it. Our pool was green. Last Saturday, same issue, we called them and they couldn't get ahold of the technician, so they sent other 2 techs here who clearly saw how bad the pool was. This pool did not have chlorine, stabilizer, nothing and those other 2 techs did

I can’t even believe this company is in business. They are beyond terrible. My pool has been dirty for the past 6 weeks if not longer and was green. Every week it’s always an excuse why they can’t get to the house to clean the pool. I’m stuck with this company because I’m renting this house. My kids can do a better job cleaning pool than these so called experts. Clear Tech Pools deserves a 0 not a 1 star.

Update- I have updated my rating as they quickly sent someone out to address my concerns. My pool looks so much better!
I have no choice but to use this company since it's part of my rent. I called Cleartech today to confirm that it was pool day- let them know I can't ever tell if my pool has been cleaned or not so I need to call and ask. The dirt on the bottom- that has been there for a month. After it was serviced today there was still plastic and a huge cockroach floating along with debri
s floating throughout every layer of the pool. This is not the first time I have complained about terrible

Well I've called Clear Tec multiple times about the horrible technician that they keep sending to my home. I'm paying for a full service thru my rent, however my pool is not being cleaned properly. There seems to be 0 accountability because after multiple calls and complaints I'm still having the same problem. It's sad that I have to leave notes on my screen door for the technician and it's even worse when I get home and see my pool has still not been cleaned. The photos below are before and after the pool guy so called cleaned my pool. HORRIBLE
