From the very beginning of the whole process starting with the quote process, everyone was very professional. The day of the move four guys showed up, Josh, Mike, Saco and Edwin. The whole team from the initial call and follow up with Brigitte to the actually move with Irwin, Shawn and Victor. They made the process seamless Brigette reach out to my new building for the COI. I literally just provided the dates and time frames that were important any they exceed my expectations, with 3 hours to spare. They have created a new standard for my moves in the future, Im so grateful for this team. They made a typically hectic process extremely peaceful. Thank you thank you thank you. Darwin & Edwin have a can do attitude & found a way to answer yes to all of our requests.

I cannot recommend Movers 201 enough. We called several places for estimates before our move, and right away knew this company was for us when Brigitte picked up and answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. We had to change dates and times a few times because our closing dates changed, but Movers 201 always accommodated us. I used Movers 201 in August 2019 to move from New York to the West Coast. I'm going to use them again this summer to move back from the West Coast to the East Coast, which is what brought them to mind to finally leave my review.
Amir was great to work with, and I always received no-nonsense, straightforward responses to all my questions and concerns. Although I never met him in person, he was responsive and involved throughout the move whether I interacted with him by phone, text, or through the website interface.

Amir was a pleasure to work with as always. He moved our company several years ago as well as my daughter and various other friends. When we called him to move us out of our home of 35 years to a much smaller house, he was especially accommodating even during 4 date changes. My brother used Movers201 for a move last year and let me know how smoothly it went. He wasn't wrong - Amir was easy to work with to book and on the day of the move, Prince and Marvin took care of everything. They finished right at the time they estimated and it was the least stressful move I've ever experienced. This is the second time in 2 years I've used Movers 201. I just moved (May 2020) from a door man building in the city with a ton of restrictions on moving time and policies etc. . Amir from the office was extremely helpful in dealing with the paper work and making sure the building had what they needed.
Also Prince and his crew who moved me out were nothing but professional. From the second the got off the truck they started working and took care with the wrapping of all my furniture with patience. I was quoted a 4 hour move and they delivered on that.

Tried to get an accurate quote from these guys, but their online calculator didn't have an option for an in-building move (from one apartment to the next). The only quotes were for 2+ movers and a truck. I don't need a truck. So I called, and the person I spoke with basically said that because he needs to send a crew in a truck with the moving equipment (?dolly's? hand trucks?), I gotta pay for the truck as well. So if you need a within-building move, expect to over pay with these guys.

Setting up a profile with Movers201 and getting an estimate was quick and easy. You're able to build a profile based on the furniture you're moving and how many boxes you'd need. Extra services were offered, too. Everything was done digitally besides an intro phone call, which I appreciated because I could fill out information on my own time. Amir communicated with me frequently leading up to the move.

Amir was helpful and the online portal gave us a sense of cost. The day of the move Prince gave me a call to inform us they were on the way. They were on time, professional, funny and very efficient. Prince even gave us a few tips. They wrapped all of our furniture to make sure they didn't scratch anything. We didn't move far but they made the process easy. of our 4 bedroom house with 26 years worth of memories. They were diligent and courteous and helped us get through a complex move with little pain. The guys were all friendly and super helpful. We have a baby grand piano that they moved with ease.

After calling around and getting multiple quotes from movers, Amir, owner of Movers 201, sounded the most reliable and truthsworthy. The Movers 201 team was on time, efficient, safe, and personable. I had a wonderful experience with them, very professional,friendly, and on time.......... until I discovered that two of my personal items went mysteriously missing and apparently the company is NOT responsible for said items. To say I was heart broken would be an understatement. I recently lost all of my possessions in a fire and those were the… two items my husband purchased after. And now their just GONE. Other than that everything else was good just make sure you LOCK up all of your valuables as they may go missing. And well again the company is NOT RESPONSIBLE. Your just assed out

My family & I moved on 12/30.I contacted Amir for an estimate.He showed up to my home, looked around & gave me an estimate. 2 days before we moved ,I realized I didn't have enough boxes .I emailed Amir & the… next day he had one of his men drop off boxes to my house .On the day of the move ,the men showed up right on time. They had my things 4 days earlier than was agreed.
Again all the unloading and reassemble was done
In a professional ,timely manner , with a wide smile on Adam and his brothers face .
Needless to say there were no extra charges
What so ever , the balance was paid in full as agreed and signed in the contract .
All our stuff was intact and in great shape .
