I wanted to express my gratitude for Mike and Zach for working so hard and getting the job done! Mike has obviously worked for ServPro for quite a while and knows what he is doing! Also, I spoke with a lovely lady in the office when scheduling the appointment and she was so kind, compassionate and attentive. Last, but not least, I spoke with an extremely knowledgeable gentleman in the office before scheduling my appointment and he did an excellent job answering my questions. ServPro has been very awesome to work with. From the complete office staff tithe people that come out to our home to do the restoration. Ira was so patient with me, & answered all of my questions. They also were very sensitive to the fact that there were 3 people in our home with disabilities. They cared about my service dog that he would be safe during this process. The packout ladies were good, as well, even tho I feel very uncomfortable no knowing where my belongings are. ServPro will always have our business & our referrals

BOOYA! Mike was FANTASTIC! He came to the house and analyzed some discoloration in my attic. I have a construction background and fairly knowledgeable, but I'm now disabled and can't get into my attic. I kinda felt sorry for him because I really taxed his brain with MANY questions... I mean I REALLY tested his knowledge and skill abilities- and he had answers to them all! Very knowledgeable and thorough - even my husband was impressed! :) We scheduled a time for him to come out, he was on time, great attitude and went right to work! He was so thorough in the process and it cleaned up nicely! He

We called SERVPRO in desperate need of a COVID-19 cleaning. I called and was directed to a very kind woman, who promptly scheduled a SERVPRO cleaning for the following morning. She was very kind and informative and I was impressed by how quickly they were able to come out.
