We desperately needed a plumber yesterday to fix a frozen outdoor spigot that was spewing water. A good plumber we were familiar with had truck troubles, but said he will come by this morning. My husband kept contacting many in the area to see if anyone was available yesterday and left messages for some including Rick McCarthy. He stopped by around 6 pm and offered to help. It was so dark and the temperature was frigid. We had turned off the water. By then our plumber had called back and confirmed that he will come early this morning. So we thanked Rick for stopping by so late in the day. He was

Back in October, I noticed water leaking from my ceiling and quickly called around to different places (personally not a fan of "rain" coming down on me in my own home). The McCarthy team responded right away and had someone out to assess the situation in an expedient manner. I appreciate the time that Anthony took to walk me through what he saw and was happy to answer any questions I had (I had a few companies out to look at the damage but McCarthy by far had the best customer service). Still working on the reconstruction side of things but overall the water mitigation side of things went smoothly

The McCarthy team was always prompt to respond to any question or issue we had, great communication throughout our entire water mitigation as well as the restoration process, and provided knowledgeable, great quality work. We really appreciated being able to work with competent and trustworthy professionals to put our home back together again after an upstairs bathroom leak caused water damage to our downstairs kitchen ceiling.

Can't say enough positive things about the McCarthy team. A flood in the middle of a home sale is about as stressful a situation as I've dealt with, and RIck and his team were able to come in, clean everything up, and work with me to get it all corrected. Even coming in on Christmas Eve!!! He and his team were very responsive and thorough, and worked with the buyers to ensure their comfort with the situation. He was also patient with me and all of my questions. In large part to his quick and thorough work, we were able to keep everyone happy and close on the sale. Fantastic work, fantastic team

We recently experienced some unexpected water damage and called McCarthy’s. Within just a few hours, Anthony was at our door to look at the damage and work on an estimate. Shortly afterwards, Rick and his team were out getting the demo done and the drying process going. They even helped out with working with the insurance company to ease the stress on us, and help the process go as smoothly as possible. Every employee we’ve had contact with has gone above and beyond when answering our questions and explaining the next steps. It’s been a pleasure to work with them each step of the way.

I was already in a down mood when I discovered I had no hot water on Thanksgiving Day only to find out by the water heater tech that I had some serious water damage in the utility room and underneath my hardwood floors and would not be able to install a new tank until this damaged was repaired.. Dealing with the insurance company was a challenge but I have to thank them for referring McCarthy's Construction to me as I have never had to deal with this problem and had no other referrals. They were the only hopeful side of a situation that might have otherwise seemed disastrous.

I couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism the McCarthy Team has shown through the entire cleanup process. Exceptional communication, and a HUGE shout-out to Dane for going above and beyond his normal job duties. My fiance' wasn't feeling well, and he worked extra quiet as to not disturb her. She had no idea anybody was even in the house. He took extra care in moving and protecting our personal affects and the cleanliness was incredible. I wish every company I had to deal with had one of these guys representing them. Thanks again Dane, and the rest of the McCarthy Team.
