From start to end Signature Restoration handled our water damage and they did a great job. From mitigation, packing, restoration/renovation and unpacking. Very meticulous, organized and professional. We had a water damage incident and due to which we needed to replace bath flooring, carpet and drywall ceiling. Initially, I worked with different contractors to get quote but most of them were not willing to work with Insurance company and if they agree, their markups were too high for Insurance company. Very reliable and excellent communication. We had our ADU/MIL flood one weeks prior to our three month trip abroad. Our insurance agent recommended Andrew at Signature Restoration and our experience was wonderful. While we were on vacation last winter our shop got flooded pretty bad with all the heavy rainfall. We had a good couple inches of water in the shop and the office. We were referred to use Andrew with Signature restoration and we only have great things to say about him. He showed up promptly set up all the fans with monitors and completely dried out the shop and office and fixed what needed to be fixed/repaired. He showed up daily to monitor the progress.
