Tex, the owner works with me as far as questions I may have and let's me know if I can fix the problem myself or not. I'm in Jacksonville and prefer to call them versus local businesses. Speedy is awesome! Anne was super helpful and got us scheduled even though they were short staffed. It's hard to find good help right now but thanks to Tex and Speedy, they were able to get our new water heater hooked up within a few days. Extremely reasonable pricing as well. The technician came out on a Sunday for emergency work for us on the weekend. He was very accommodating , nice, helpful and took pride in his work. Even went the extra mile for cosmetic appeal. However the owner, Texas, was completely rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional the next day regarding payment. He called me demanding payment or he would come back to dig his equipment out of the ground. As I've told the technician, the first one who inquired about payment method, I submit the invoice to the finance department and they in turn produce a check. His staff failed to follow his weekend

Had an issue with bad sewage smell. Took the proper steps to address the issue. That didn't work. The owner Texas came the next day. Him and another associate checked everything addressed the problem. Texas and staff are very professional and explained everything well. They adjusted the price accordingly and were more then fair. I would recommend this company to my friends and family!

Called to fix a small leak in a cast iron pipe. Understandably the fix caused some more leaks down the line because the pipe was old. I was given a quote that stated I needed 40 feet of old cast iron to be replaced with PVC. I checked out the situation myself that night to find that there was about a total of 9 feet of cast iron from the crawl space. (For reference I’ve attached the picture. After being removed by me, only half of the old pipe is visible in the picture which measures about 4.5 feet) I don’t understand how someone overestimates total pipe length by 444%.

If I could give them negative stars I would. First of all they ordered a water heater that did not fit in my attic after "measuring". This was told to me AFTER they disconnected the old unit so this left us with no hot water and no solution. They then put the equipment back in their van and wanted me to sign a paper saying they were here. I spoke to their boss "TEXAS" who said he would have his guys re-connect the old one until we could get a carpenter (yes we had to find our own solution to widen our hole because it was explained that the house was built around the unit) and

Highly recommend...........I called speedy plumbing on a weeknight around 8 pm and was able to talk to the owner (Texas). I explained to him the situation and he assured me he could come out the next day to see what was going on. I had to work the next day so I asked if he could come once I got off work and he agreed (very accommodating).
Once he arrived he thoroughly checked all the pipes and came up with the conclusion that it was a hot water leak under our house. Rather then charge us a ridiculous amount to have our concrete slab broken up he suggested we bypass the water line thru the attic

I called them to fix my well and I paid them over 500 dollars. All the money that I had. The well issue was not fixed and I feel that I had wasted money. Do not pay for any plumbing services untill your issue is fixed. I should have been advised that they could not fix the problem that I had. I feel they racked up bills that wasted my money. I wish they told me in the beginning they could not fix it and then I would not have had them start on it.
