Window was 10am-12pm. They arrived promptly just after 10am to start working on finding the source of a leak. Within 1 hr they found the source and was able to recommend repair (ended up being an AC duct that had come loose and was dropping condensation through the ceiling). There were 2 guys here Mike and a younger guy. Extra props to the younger guy as Mike was about to put a hole in the celling when the younger guy found an access panel he could use and avoid putting a hole in ceiling. Was a pleasure to work with this company. They helped me to deal with my home warranty company (which can be very difficult) and got approval for my water heater replacement, and got it installed within one day. When the new water heater caused my breaker to trip, they came back out the same night, late, to address and fix the issue immediately upon me giving them a call. Very impressed.

My ceiling was dripping water into my kitchen from my upstairs bathroom-Parlier plumbing came out ,and discovered the leaking was from the upstairs tub drain needing to be replaced-But there was a problem-The upstairs tub was sitting over my kitchen cabinets which meant the cabinets may need to be taken out in order to get to the drain--They were very concerned ,but miraculously figured it out -By coming back out with two other plumbers (four of them doing the job) they were able to replace the drain without going through the ceiling and taking out the cabinets -This saved me alot of money and

I am so incredibly grateful to Parlier Plumbing! They have gone above and beyond to help our family get out broken pipe fixed, clean out pipes, and fix leaks in our 1969 house.
Wesley came out and told us what we needed to have done, Chris came out and gave us and estimate, and JD and Trevor saved the day!
We have a child with disabilities and they really seemed to respect the tough situation we were in. Our pipe from her adaptive tub was cracked down the middle and they replaced it in a short time. They were friendly, did the job in the least destructive way possible, and cleaned up after themselves

They arrived early, were very polite and professional and were amazingly quick. They removed the old toilet and replaced with new model in less than an hour. They tested and asked us to check it for ourselves to see if satisfactory. No damage to floors or adjacent walls - great work. Have used before for other work and are highly recommended.

The office staff (particularly Debbie in the multifamily division) are prompt and courteous, and the plumbers are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Parlier does everything right. They were able to provide same day service, arrived earlier than expected (they called to confirm earlier appointment), fixed my clogged toilet and bathtub, and made a recommendation for a new toilet.
It was a very exciting day- lol. There was a certain style of toilet I was interested in purchasing to replace the old one. No problem, the gentleman added a note to my invoice that I'd be purchasing my own and I'd follow up for a new appointment.

Contracted this company to replace hot water heater and install a water filter. Owning a business in the area, I have used this company’s services and referred them literally hundreds of times. Perform the work, receive a bill that is $1000 more than the quote. Filter price is exact, hot water heater work has the variance. Horrible! White hot water heater to be installed it did not work they said it should be working it's your wire. Call the electrician put a new wire in a new breaker. They said they were coming between three and 5 o'clock to install a new one. I have a route where I have to move my customers around. The guy calls me and says he's running behind he can't make it today and it was only 12 o'clock. This was a manager of sorts because I told him what I had to do to make this happen he said I will come install it myself if I have to tomorrow. Luckily I got home a little early

Had a dishwasher installed yesterday... When the tech left I had issues with the water pressure in my kitchen sink. PP came out first thing in the morning and totally hooked it up. The problem wasn't even related to the install and Brian W. still devoted everything to making sure it was good to go. I had someone come to install my dishwasher (I THINK his name is Theo but I'm not 100% sure). He actually arrived early and got done quickly. While he was here he was polite and professional and even pointed out a few other things in my kitchen that could potential he be issues. He even tightened a hinge on one of my cabinet doors for me and cleaned behind the dishwasher! I will definitely be using this company for my future plumbing needs!

Parlier plumbing installed a dishwasher we purchased from Lowe's. They gave us a window of 4:00-6:00 for the installation and got here around 5:15 (after calling to tell us he was on the way), and very quickly removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one. Also, after noticing that the new one had received a dent at some point during shipping, called and got Lowe's to give us a discount. The installers were very professional and quick, and we will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs!

Jason and his crew are my go-to plumbers. Over the years, I have used PARLIER PLUMBING for repairs and have always had good service. This time I was stuck with a new plumber for doing a renovation because they were who my contractor used. After no-shows and no responses to many calls, we had to move on. Many calls to various new construction plumbers later, I thought about calling PARLIER PLUMBING. Jason was willing to accommodate my project in that week. His crew stayed all day to make sure the job was finished correctly, and even came back later to show me how everything worked. Cannot say enough

These guys are awesome! We have used them a few times now for both Lowes installs and a broken water pipe. Not only do they do good work, are on time, courteous and friendly, but they are all about the customer. They installed a GE heat pump water heater we bought from Lowes yesterday and this morning it was beeping and had an error code on the display. The error code translated to "Call for Service". I called Lowes and Parlier and Parlier was able to work us into today's install schedule and we will have a new water heater by this evening!
