Benchmark Carpet Cleaning was founded by owner/operator Craig Finch and his wife, Christie, in 2004. Craig has been working in the carpet cleaning industry for 18 years and is truly an expert in the field of carpet, upholstery, oriental rug, VCT and hardwood floor cleaning. Because we are a family owned and operated company, we are able to provide a personal experience and build bonds with our clients that last for years.
We complete a walk through inspection with you to identify soiling conditions, carpet construction, wear, areas of concern etc. We will also measure each area being cleaned and discuss pricing before we begin cleaning. We always get your approval on cost of services before work begins and we never change the price at the end of the cleaning.

They were professional and friendly, but most of all, my carpet looks brand new!!! AMAZED! I almost ordered new carpet at Home Depot last month, but the carpet man was so rude and crotchety, that I decided to wait. I’m glad I did. No need to buy new carpet now.

Cat lovers take note. Benchmark was able to REPAIR damaged carpet in several places. Most of the damage was caused by cats scratching the carpet beside closed doors. They also perfectly repaired a burned place.
They cut matching carpet from the closet to make the repairs then replaced the closet carpet with a similar colored carpet. Excellent!
Benchmark promptly returned phone calls, confirmed scheduling and arrived at the appointed time! They were professional in every way and I highly recommend them!

If you want truly clean carpet, this is the company to hire. Craig, the owner, was especially informative, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough from the time I first called him for an estimate, all the to the end of his cleaning and a follow up call telling me he had finished. He and his staff prepared the carpet for cleaning by vacuuming it thoroughly, cleaned, disinfected, deodorized, and raked the carpet. It looks brand new and smells great. I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Craig and his team.

We had our hardwood floors cleaned and refinished by Craig - owner of Benchmark Carpet Cleaning. He was able to work us in within a few days. Craig is a great communicator and very knowledgeable. The results were unbelievable. Our floors look like new !!! What a huge difference. The bonding treatment is well worth it. We highly recommend Benchmark !!

It’s embarrassing to admit just how dirty my carpet was in the big room where the dogs have always hung out the most. We use our carpet cleaner but that thing just couldn’t handle the grossness. I’ve wanted to… get them cleaned for years but STRESSED about who to call to get the job done. Well...I finally had a good feeling about Benchmark...made an appointment to get them cleaned! They were awesome and the whole house carpet looks fantastic! Cost was $400 for the whole house, pet treatment, etc...basically the whole shabang! He said typically costs average $50-$75 a room

Craig with Benchmark Carpet Cleaning did an exceptional job cleaning our upholstered sectional sofa. Our pet had an accident on the sofa and we needed someone who could come out quickly and Craig found a way to fit us in the very next day! He was timely and the job was completed in just under an hour. The sofa hasn’t looked and smelled this nice since it did when we purchased it and we can’t wait to have him return to clean our carpets.
