My couch looks brand new! They were quick, but that didn't compromise th service. They even managed to squeeze me in the schedule on the weekend! Which is great for someone with a crazy schedule. I definitely recommend Customers One Carpet Care.

This business did so well! My new house had some of the worst carpets and they desperately needed to be cleaned and stretched from the previous owners wear and tear. They did a phenomenal job, they were very nice people. They arrived earlier than expected and even tried to find ways to help me out and tips to keep my carpet clean until i replace it! Very good service!

Technicians started pretty good while you watch them, when I went downstairs to get lunch ready they were going to Lowe’s to buy a piece of padding because they were short. They came back with a piece from his house. And after they laid the padding and carpet they started to clean the carpet in the first bedroom and the hallway. They cleaned them in 15 mins and they said don’t walk on it for two days. I asked if they knew of a handyman and Gene said he was a handyman so he gave me an estimate to rip out our hardwood floor in the hallway and put up a small piece of Sheetrock in the closet.

Gene and his son came to my house and made my couch, chair and Ottoman look new again as well as clean carpet areas that weren't included just to breathe life back into my living room area. I was so excited about the service that I've referred family and friends and will definitely start this 2016 spring off with my high traffic areas a new, lol. Thnx Gene
