We had Organiclean clean our home for a couple years. In the beginning service and communication was great. However, recently we had service scheduled and no one showed and subsequently could not get a return call from Jessica to discuss rescheduling. I would be surprised if this business stays open much longer based upon the lack of communication and customer service.

After two and a half years of service the house keeper “Beth” decided to quit without any warning, it’s been around 6 months now and she still hasn’t returned our house key. Which belongs to a very expensive custom made lock that we can’t just replace. So if you’re reading this please bring the house key back or mail it to Mr. Thornton, Or pay to have our locks changed. Thank you

Jessica is very unprofessional. She crossed the line with my family. In the end destroyed it and then held my tax information for a year which delayed my refund. Something I could of really used as leaving her business I was a single mom again and needed it to move. She doesn't know what she is doing, she is uneducated, disorganized, and dishonest. Dont recommend this cleaning service or to work here.

We have been using OrganiClean for the past month and they have done an excellent job! We have them come every two weeks. Jessica does a great job cleaning the house and is always on time. The pricing is much better than the typical cleaning company in Nashville. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new cleaning company!

A.W.F.U.L.!!!!! This was probably the worst house cleaning we've ever had! After Beth left the house I had to completely re-clean. Our house is entirely hard woods and she only moped the kitchen (after we told her to mop the entire house), didn't clean the toilets, didn't scrub the shower and didn't dust any baseboards. She was here for 4 hours and I have no idea what on Earth she was doing. I tried MULTIPLE times to get a hold of her on the phone and text but no response...I tried to contact Jessica and that was equally a disaster...I have reached out to an email on the company

We decided to use these guys because they used alternative cleaning methods and seemed to have a good reputation. We used them for about three months and were never satisfied. Before they came we made sure dogs were put up and our house was picked up and relatively clean. We tried to be patient and work with them when big items were missed (like the floors) but the next time they came other things would be also be missed like wiping down the countertops. We also had a hard time getting them to come around the same time. Sometimes it was 10am and this last time it was 2pm. It was very inconvenient

I wanted to like Organiclean because I liked the mission of environmentally safe cleaning supplies and the great price. But after having them come several times, I was repeatedly disappointed. I would send pages of detailed notes ahead of time to ensure that everything was done correctly, and it was still done poorly several times. One of the times, the girl who was sent had not even received the instructions that I had sent to the women in charge. After they "cleaned" my Air BNB apartment, I had to completely re-do it because nothing was well. There was trash sitting out in the kitchenette

OrganiClean's housecleaning service did a fabulous job. They were extremely thorough, and my house smelled not only clean but fresh. Everything was spotless, and my kitchen actually looked brighter because my granite countertops were shining! I highly recommend this cleaning service. They are punctual, trustworthy, and professional. A friend gave me my first cleaning as a gift, and I highly recommend gifting someone with this experience...it's the best gift I've been given!
