Critical: Responsiveness
We were very happy with Rene‘s service for several months. Out of the blue, he ghosted us with no feedback. Both my husband and I called and texted multiple times with no response. Left us a little concerned about his motivation for going MIA. I don’t let just anyone into our home. The behavior was unsettling.
