Everyone is super professional and responsive. From the time you call to the cleaners leaving I’ve had a good experience with Maid in Nashville. The company tried to send the same person each time they come to your residence so you have more personal service and less people in and out of your home. I like that my cleaner knows what I’m hoping to get out of the service. All good qualities!

Absolutely terrible customer service - I got ghosted after they scheduled an appointment with me.
They require an in-person visit to give you an estimate for your home - they claim to give on-line estimates but really they have you submit all your information onto a form just to so you can wait around for someone to call you back. Someone called me back within a day to schedule an in-person estimate for the following week. The day before the appointment, they sent a text to confirm the date/time and I thought great, can't wait. The day comes: THEY NEVER SHOWED UP.

I just received a deep clean by Leah and Nishaa. They did an incredible job! They were on time and made sure to ask if i had any specifics so that I was happy with my end result. They also asked if I would do a walkthrough to ensure everything looked good - which it did! Super accommodating and kind. I would highly recommend them!

Leigh and Randi did a great job on our move out clean. They were extremely professional and did an excellent job. Not only did they do a great job but were done quicker than the estimate I received over the phone. I'll definitely use Maid in Nashville the next time I need any cleaning done and have already recommended them to friends.

Explicitly explained I needed help with trash pick up after trying to recover from a depressive episode. Manager came and asked to speak to me and pulled me OUTSIDE OF MY OWN HOME. Her name was randy or something like that. She said I was supposed to prepare the apartment for them. I asked how so? She said the clutter. That’s what I called to ask for help with? When I told her she could go ahead and get out of my apartment for her condescending attitude she actually stole my personal broom too. Jennifer Vasquez was AMAZING!!! She cleaned my apartment for a move out and did an exceptional job. She was so thorough, kind, and considerate of my space. I highly recommend her. If the other employees are half as good as her, you are definitely in great hands. Set up was also flawless. They were very prompt and communicative.

I would highly recommend Maid in Nashville. Brandon was prompt, organized and very responsive. He was able to get us scheduled for cleaning in short notice. The automated texting service that tells you when the person is on the way to your house is very helpful. Rhonda was prompt and super friendly. She paid close attention to detail and left the house spotless. I cannot wait to use them again.
