We purchased a studs-out remodel done by Thompson Homes and could not be more pleased about 2 months after moving in. Paige did an outstanding job of cleverly utilizing every inch of space and choosing exquisite finishes. From pocket doors with framing walls deep enough to hang art on (not usual - typically if there is a pocket door, it’s JUST on the other side of the drywall), to an enormous kitchen pantry in what could’ve just been a dark corner, the details are all considered. Ask about leathered granite countertops - they’re amazing! Loads of closets with fabulous organizer shelving.

Thompson Homes have built two Showcase Homes for me. It doesn’t matter what size home they give 100 percent. One home was 4,400 square feet and one was 1,800 square feet. They are experts in their field and I would build with them again. Joe and Paige really stand behind their work. I have been in my second home for 18 years and to this day if I need something done Joe is right there to help.

Paige worked with us on the design through several revisions until it was just right for us. She helped me match colors and textures, but the final decision was always mine. I couldn't have coordinated a whole house without her. We built through the challenges of Covid and Joe never lost his smile! There was never a challenge too daunting. Quality of workmanship was excellent! Joe and Paige are very responsive. We would highly recommend!

Thompson Homes crew replaced all the windows and exterior doors in our house. They also did work on our garage- moving the placement of a service door, adding windows and making the overhead doors larger. They worked with a sub-contractor who installed all new siding, stone and downspouts. My husband is very handy and Thompson Homes was great, letting him work on aspects of the project to keep us under budget.

We hired Thompson Homes to remodel/update our home built in the early 2000s. Paige and Joe were wonderful to work with! They are very knowledgeable and experienced with building/remodeling and addressed issues less experienced builders would have missed or slipped under the rug. I trusted them every step of the way and was not disappointed! Our remodel turned out better that I imagined. Their carpenters Todd and Scott are really great guys and highly skilled. Thanks Paige, Joe, Todd and Scott for making our home so wonderful :)

You should know that we have been in our Thompson home now for nearly thirty years and still are in love with it and its design and construction. We still receive compliments on our home to this day when we have visitors, family and neighbors visiting. At the time( 30 y/o) our desire for an open design in the kitchen with functionality was a considered a bit unusual. Your insight and design skills helped us achieve our goal and we still have yet to see a similar design in other homes we see

We are so pleased we went with Thompson Homes to design and build our new home. We’re in our 60’s, so we asked Paige to design our house using aging in place concepts so we can stay in our new home as long as possible. Paige did an excellent job of of creating a plan that meets our needs and paid close attention to our budget. Joe was careful that every detail was built with care. Joe and Paige were quick to answer any questions we had. Their crews were professional and easy to work with. Our new home is beautiful, energy efficient and very well built. We love it.
