I am extremely satisfied with the results of my rug cleaning and the technicians were very cordial and dedicated to my service and results. We had a LOT of rain 3 weeks back on a Wednesday. When I stopped home for lunch on Thursday I heard gurgling from my sump pump. Their was a backup in the pipe leading to the sewer and the water being pumped out was just coming right back into my (finished) basement.

I contacted Allstates Cleaning & Restoration because we had allergies happening on our home and the next step recommended was a thorough duct cleaning. It was fast and easy to make an appointment. They were available to come *early* to the appoint and called to see if it would be OK - Yes Please! They came early, as promised, and we're done in the time expected. The crew was professional and fast. They cleaned all my vents well; immediately noticeable, which was so much impressive. Highly recommended.

It’s great working with a company that is knowledgeable, and professional. We were involved with a water leak / flood . Wiped out most of the house
1/2 of the walls and ceilings 100% of the flooring. Insulation , painting , doors and trim.
2.5 bathrooms, the kitchen and laundry room.
Allstates came cleaned up the mess removed the wet and moldy stuff. Then set up dryers ‘Heaters
Dehumidifiers . They did a superior Job .
This is a great reliable company!

I have used Allstate Cleaning & restoration for the last 2 years to clean my tile & grout. They are on time, courteous & professional. As a business owner, having the job done well is very important and that is what I get every time but more important is follow up from the owners. Bonnie, Sean and the entire Allstates Cleaning & Restoration crew are amazing. I have used them for both standard carpet and floor cleaning and in an emergency response situation to remediate and mitigate a large water damage issue I had in a rental unit.
Not only are they responsive, but more importantly they are extremely knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. In the case of my water damage, they were able to get the unit cleaned and drying within in hours.
