CJ really helped me out in a pinch. I live 100s of miles away from his service area and he was able to go to my rental property in Dedham MA and fix my plumbing issues. Charlie replaced a drainage pipe in a bathroom of our house. The pipe was under the sink and inside the wall. Charlie gave us an honest estimate and we agreed on the price. Since the pipe is inside the wall, there might be surprise which may make the work harder. Charlie said he would absorb the surprise if it happens. His promise made us comfortable to work with him. Then he came to work on it on his earliest available date. He was able to finish the work within one day. Most importantly, he opened the minimum areas on the wall and ceilings. I would definitely call Charlie again if my house has

We contracted Charlie to be our plumber for our plumbing needs because he offered fair pricing for his work. He installed a sink and shower fixtures in a bathroom remodel, which work and look great. He also installed a much needed utility sink, which has also been working very well. Aside from installation, he also repaired for us a leaky shut off and slow faucet drain. Charlie was professional and very clear about his plans for fixing the problems, so there was no misunderstanding about anything. Highly recommend his services.
