John came out and couldn't have been more helpful. We'd been previously diagnosed as needing a new $18,000 boiler system by a different plumber and John came out, let us know our boiler was fine and gave us a great price on the new water heater we actually needed.
When he did the work, everything was tidy and nice. We got a tankless system that works like a charm and it went in quickly.
Over the years, we're going to be going back to Emerald Isle over and over for whatever we need. High quality union shop.
