I did have to ensure that I was staying in contact with Entex as I have had to call several times before the receptionist picks up the phone. The technician did not come at the time I was told but I had the entire day open for this reason so this was not an issue for me. Gustavo was extremely polite, respectful and informative. I would give their information to family and friends with the suggestion to always follow up.

I rarely leave bad reviews but this is the worst customer service. After calling three times we finally got the nicest sales rep to show up Thursday July 30th to spray our yard and said he'd be back the following day to set the misquote traps. No one showed Friday so I called Monday morning was told someone would be here Tuesday. It's Friday 8/7 and no one has shown up after we've left messages with the office every day this week. I'm a small business owner & if I ran my business like this I'd be out of business.

The mosquitoes are so bad this year, and my kids get eaten up alive. I'm so happy we had Entex come out and treat our yard for mosquitoes. They installed their In2Care mosquito traps and they have been really successful! My kids can play outside now and I'm not constantly chasing them around with the bug spray. The team was super knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions.

We had a squirrel issue and wanted to go with someone in the Richardson area. Squirrels are notoriously tricky, but Entex was with us for repeated visits (all covered by their warranty) and communicated well throughout the whole process.

Truly people of the upmost integrity and honesty with extreme knowledge and professionalism. Locally and family owned by Texas A&M entomologists. I can't begin to express how thankful I am for this company. They do all kinds of residential and commercial pest control, mosquito, bed bugs, wildlife, etc.
