Bug Head Pest Control

We have been using Bug Head for a few months now and have been very happy with their service. They were prompt and their prices are very fair. And best of all, the bugs are gone! We will definitely continue to use their service.

Jeremy was meticulous about treating our home, inside and out! He took great care in making sure our pets were safe from anything harmful and made sure we understood how to get the most of the treatment done in our home! Very professional, very neat and clean, left no mess behind. He was gentle and sweet to our fur babies. We want him for ALL our quarterly treatments!! 5 stars without hesitation!! He was the best!

Our Technician, Heath, was friendly, thorough and offered to place ant traps throughout the house. I didn't even know such things existed, and I was very pleased he went above and beyond. He was also gentle and thoughtful about our dogs.
I have also called the company with questions a couple of times, and they always get right back to me.

I used Bug Head in Feb 2020. They installed a oneway door to remove a squirrel, came back a few days later and removed the door + repaired/reinforced the area so the squirrel couldn't get back in. All of this for $350. Five stars.

Fast forward to this year. I THOUGHT a squirrel was trying to get in to a different area. The Tech comes out and immediately says "yep, you have a hole." He didn't get on a ladder or do anything to confirm a hole two stories up. I asked him to confirm with a ladder. He answered that, to get on a ladder alone, it would cost me $795 even if no repair

We were so lucky to stumble across Bughead about four years ago. They have always been extremely professional and thorough in their work. They come out for resprays whenever you call or email them.

This past October we had a surge of roaches and Bughead helped us through the process of getting rid of them. They kept me informed on why they were occurring. Apparently they can 'mark' your house and others will come too. When the activity didn't stop they suggested looking for a leak and low and behold our sprinkler system was the culprit. Great company! I the responded to my request for service very quick, and the technician was very friendly / helpful! This company is affordable and willing to work with your schedule and specific pest problems. So far I have not had any pest issues, but I'll update my review in a couple months if that changes.

On time for the estimate. Nice guy. A little pricey. $1100 to fill In wholes around the house. Said it would be one days work. Seems steep. Too bad. I wanted to use them. Heard good things about them.

Big Head Pest Control does an excellent job. They have recently updated their website and systems, so scheduling appointments and contacting them for questions has never been easier. Great customer service. John was our most recent technician and he was the most professional technician to have ever serviced our home. He arrived early and asked whether we had any specific pest-related issues he could address. He surveyed the property and applied the product both indoors and outdoors. No pest-related issues at our home since we hired Bug Head. Great experience all around!

Bug Head is a great value, no nonsense pest control company. They are extremely responsive and don’t try to lock you in to long term service contracts like most other pest control companies. Nonetheless they have kept my house rodent and pest free for years. Would highly recommend.

Jeremy was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, answered all my questions, and did an amazing job. He even took the time to check the attic for birds once more after he patched the holes and before he left just to give me peace of mind. He was absolutely wonderful, and I would recommend him to anyone!! Additionally, Bug Head Pest Control ended up charging me less than they quoted me... bonus!! :)

1. Bug Head Pest Control is hands down the fastest responding contractor I have ever dealt with. I submitted the online information request option on the Yelp website at 7:54am and received a message back from Jeremy at 7:55am (ONE MINUTE LATER!!!) offering a free inspection and asking for my availability.

I called Bug Pest Control in a panic and they definitely did everything they could to help calm me down. I really needed someone out right away but they were booked and I had to wait three to four business days to get someone out. I had called other businesses but after talking to Bug Pest Control, they really offered much better customer service which is why I waited for the appointment.

The employee who showed up with very friendly and answered all my questions. He even helped me move items around to get ready for him to spray.
