On recommendation of a family member we contracted with Ohio Natural Stone to install our countertops. Paid $1600 deposit in the beginning of July. We were told 4-6 weeks to measure. Measurement finally occurred in early August. We waited two months, meanwhile we could never get a hold of them, always an answering machine. In Late September we received a call from Omicron Granite that they would still hold our slab, but would no longer do business with Ohio Natural Stone. We gave them a 50% deposit in June 2021 for granite countertops. They stopped all communication after they cashed the check. The only way we got any information was by going to their store in Berea. Susan Knight and Steve Mason, the owner, have given us false information about installation dates for months. Their voice mail has been full for months and they ignore all email. From many reviews online, it looks like this is their business model. They take your money and deliver NOTHING. I've filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's office, started legal action, and complained

They took our deposit money and never installed our granite. Today is November 3 and we started with them in February. It has been one story after another, one excuse after another, hundreds of texts, many emails that they never reply to, many voicemails that they never replied to. They have scheduled our installation six different times, each time they never showed up and never called to say they weren’t coming and it would take us weeks to get a hold of them before they would give us another install date. We can't get anyone to respond to us. We lost our contractors that had to go to their next job because Ohio natural stone never showed up. Every single day they said they'd be here for three weeks and I just sat here and waited for them. I still have no bathroom because they have my vanities and my contractors couldn't finish the job.

We paid them 1/2 down in June 2021 for our granite counters & sink, they've scheduled 10 different installation dates & then never show up. They don't return phone calls or emails. their sales rep Susan Knight texts us after we've left several messages, always has a different excuse as to why install is delayed; schedules a new date, yet they still don;t show up & they don't call to say they aren't coming. Also, they recommended a cabinet company when we picked out our granite, gave us the business card for CabCon, so Mike Nagel from CabCon come out to measure

I received a $2,165 refund check that bounced and they are unable to resolve. I have been waiting for my refund for a month and talking to the owner about the bounced check. He said he would pay me when he can, “it could be tomorrow or next week”. Not a reliable business if they are writing bad checks and unable to pay a customer back $2,165.

I could not be happier with the work this company did. They are busy so it took a few weeks but I am so glad I waited. Professional staff and you can tell the owner takes pride in a job well done. I have a home here and in LA. I wish I could have you come to LA to help me with my remodel there as well. I highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the not only the granite, but the outstanding service, gorgeous workmanship and customer focus of Ohio Natural Stone Works. I have seen granite where the seams at the corners were not done well, but Ohio Natural Stone Works did an amazing job of making the seams perfect on my kitchen counter. I have recommended this company to all of my friends and family, and I will definitely be a repeat customer when I remodel my master bath!
