They were efficient, helpful and responsive during the entire order and installation process. Can't recommend them enough! I've been dealing with O'Brien for the last 55 years and my dad dealt with them for 15 years before that. We've had a working relationship from the founder, through his sons and current generations of O'Briens that have followed through with sustaining this business. I've received materials all along from a single step to large commercial projects with no discourse or complaint. We have a mutual respect that has endured and contributed to both our careers. We purchased a white quartz bathroom countertop and shelving/shower seat pieces. The fit of all the pieces was perfect. O'Brien served us professionally, patiently (we had a lot of questions), and fairly in the area of the cost (we can state this due to our experience with other companies).

I had a very positive experience working with Michelle.
She was very helpful and efficient. I found several options for my island top and pricing was very reasonable. The only reason I didn’t purchase is because I don’t intend to keep the cabinets I was going to use as an island. I plan to order a custom made island with dimensions that will work out better. If I need to get my own stone top, I will definitely go back to Obrien. I was very happy with the service.

The folks at O'Brien Cut Stone have been wonderful. They walked me through the process of choosing my counter tops, giving me all the guidance I needed to make the right decision. But then when I needed to go back and get an unplanned for backsplash as well, they went out of their way to find the unused stone and cut the pieces to fit PERFECTLY! My kitchen is gorgeous! I could not be happier with the stone AND the wonderful service.

I had an amazingly difficult granite design job. Small but exacting. I went to O'Brien because 12 years ago we used them for our kitchen granite re-do and they were perfect. This time around it was the same wonderful experience. Even though I put the fabricators through the ringer with fulfilling my very specific and difficult granite design, they totally came through and I am thrilled with the results. Next granite job I have, I'm going with O'Brien, and the next one after that and after that one too! Love 'em!

From the 1st visit, we adored Jaime and Michelle! They were patient, kind, professional and knowledgeable. We were very picky about our Granite selection and they ensured that we could select the exact pattern and movement of our stone as it would be cut for our new Kitchen Counter.
Now, They may not have a huge gallery, but work with other suppliers in the area who (between them all), if you do not find the perfect selection... you did not really look.
