Services
Having grown up in Gig Harbor and graduated from Peninsula High School, I based Glass Works here so that I can continue to serve the community that helped me. Glass Works services Kitsap and Pierce County primarily and have done so for the past 8+ years. Our Contractors occasionally need our services in King or Mason County but we don't hold that against them.

I had a very pleasant experience with Glass Works today. While almost home from our 7-staye roadtrip, a rock hit our windshield and the crack began. Thankfully, I was able to get my call answered (my other company never answered their phone after repeated calls, and I've used them for 15 years) and got it scheduled. Dropped it off today within my schedule, and picked up after-hours. No problem paying over the phone. Impressed. And my carwash & good2go passes are on my new windshield (thank you!!).

Poor customer service, called on glass works to reinstall a shower surround , all turned out OK other than it looks like a 5 year old put down the silicone. Didn't prep anything before reinstall (lazy) . Not a straight line to be seen,and they didn't even wipe one of the corners.🤣🤣and they call themselves "PROFESSIONAL " LOL will never recommend this company again..

Outstanding customer service. They took the time to problem solve the best solution for our unique needs and were patient with us when we required additional visits due to changes. Keir in particular was honest, accountable, made things "right", and went above and beyond. He turned what could have been a negative experience into one to rave about!

Do not do business with these people!!! They don't return phone calls after you order something. When I finally ran them down for the 5th time yes 5th time on a
Wednesday they said they would call back. I called 3 days later and was told I was on the call calendar for Monday and they had never ordered my windows. This all took about 5 weeks. Messed up my project big time.!!!

Used these guys for my truck windshield repair and many home window glass replacements. Great price and service from the office. Very knowledgeable. The guy that comes out to measure and install glass in our home was friendly, does a great job and very professional. Also they have a skilled windshield crack repair guy as well. Would recommend them to anyone!
