Bottom half of one of our window fell out. So my husband try to fix it on his on it was a mess and looked bad and you could feel the cold air coming in when your laying by it.Decide to Call a couple of box stores to see about getting a new updated window since ours were old. They wanted $1300 including installation for one window even though it was updated and I would have to had updated all the windows that were by the one that really needed to be done. Great experience. I made all the arraignments by phone, Mike was great. He measured the next day and the glass came in far sooner than anyone else could come out to measure. He installed the glass as soon as he got it. Reasonably price. I will definitely use again if I have the need.

Our church window was broken in to in Seatac over the weekend. Found Local Glass Repairs online, called and Mike answered. He came right over, gave us just the right bid and our window was replaced before Service the following Sunday. There was a manufacture error on the window which the guys noticed. Mike came right over and fixed a couple days later.
Good honest believers who are attentive and responsive and do great work, are very hard to find. My response is long, but only because you need to know the truth

After getting 4 quotes locally to replace the glass on two small windows we decided to get one more before proceeding with another company. Thank god we called Mike. He came out the same day and quoted us the best price of the bunch. I was immediately most comfortable with him, great communication, up front pricing and timing estimate. Glass arrived a day early and they came out to install. Would use Mike and his team again in a heartbeat for any glass needs. Highly recommend.

We called Local Glass 10 minutes before they closed. We had a broken window and Mike Perkins came out immediately, made a very reasonable bid with a time estimate. Having a double pane window, we didn't expect to get a bid so quickly. Mike was very easy to work with, we decided to go with him.
He boarded up the window keeping a dry seal for the house and ordered a custom window.
A couple of weeks later, Mike was ready to install the custom window. He called, he arrived early. While working inside he covered up a counter to keep things clean and for safely removing the glass frame with sharp
