We have a contract with your company to supply and install six windows which was executed on 5.28.21. The contract allows 6 to 10 weeks for delivery although it is not guaranteed. Our implied contract thru emails allowed for 14 weeks due to supply chain issues throughout the industry.
The new date for delivery is now scheduled for January which would be approximately 26 weeks after contracting and that date is doubtful and not guaranteed.

In February 2021, Tim came out and measured windows with my contractor and my husband. They all agreed on the width and length and all said the measurements out loud. Tim wrote the measurements backwards on his window world paperwork which we didn’t realize!! We aren’t familiar with THEIR forms but we ALL agreed on the measurements so my husband… signed the form not knowing Tim didn’t know width from length and he is the professional?? I am so impressed with this company! It took a long time for the windows to come in, but expectations were set upfront. They called me the day before installation, they showed up on time, and within 1 day, they completed the mission. The windows look great and i am so happy! Absolutely no negatives with the whole process. My house looks and feels brand new!

For 7 years I’ve been asking for windows!! Finally we had them done. We received other quotes but went with WW due to price & product. We had 15 windows replaced in one day! The crew that came was fast, clean and efficient!! The windows are great. The house is cooler & quieter. I would recommend using them!!

David and Isaiah were very friendly and it was a pleasure to have them install my sliding glass door today. It is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! David is a perfectionist because he didn’t quit until he was satisfied.… Replacing a sliding glass door that was originally installed in 1989.
My initial contact with, Harley in regards to replacing my door was amazing. She was extremely courteous and helpful. She is very friendly every time I have called the office.
I couldn’t be happier with the initial estimate done by Chris. He was also very professional and throughly explained my options.

Our original windows were wood and rotting plus you could feel heat and cold around and through the old panes. WW did an amazing job and we couldn’t believe how efficient the technicians were. Now we have beautiful windows, better protection due to the safety features and they’re so easy to clean from the inside. We highly recommend Windows World. Everyone was so great to work with.

They service from Window World was beyond excellent! We replaced 30 windows and are extremely happy with all aspects. It took 2 townhouses built in the 1960’s from a drafty dark spot and transformed the whole space inside and out. So bright and clean
Chris our salesman was easy to work with, knowledgeable and professional. The windows were delivered and installed in the timeline they promised as well.

Replaced my sliding glass door. New door is a considerable upgrade and I love it. The installers were very professional, hardworking and determined despite encountering several roadblocks and challenges. I couldn't be happier overall.
My only negative was with the overall time from when i ordered to when installation was complete (pandemic production delays), but I was given a discount to compensate. Staff was apologetic and I was ultimately in no rush. I smile every time I walk through the door. Love it!

I wouldn't recommend Window World to anyone! I had a horrible experience with them in the replacement of my sliding glass door. I have had to deal with incompetence, missing multiple days of work, and straight up lies from this company. Buying the door is the easiest part because Troy was very friendly and informative, but it goes downhill from… there. For 5 months I have had to deal with this company trying to get what I ordered installed. From installing a door backwards because it was the wrong door to the panels being scratched to being promised new doors and then the day of the install

I had an okay experience with Window World. I had 19 windows replaced. The job was done a little later than I was told up front, but that wasn't a huge issue. It was only a few weeks later than I was told. However, they did a mediocre job with the windows. They left some trash behind, didn't vacuum the mess in the house that they left on several of the windows, they damaged one of my window sills, they sealed a few of the windows with dirty fingers and left a stain (so I'll have to paint the frames) and left these awful stickers on probably 15 out of the 19 windows. It took me 5-10 minutes of hard
