I sure wish I didn't feel the need to leave this review, but I hope it helps others. We had Arnie come out and replace maybe 20 windows, including a picture window in 2007. One of the reasons we went with Arnie (he wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive) is that he promised that his windows had a lifetime guarantee. Well, my experience after trying to get them to live up to their "guarantee" is that they don't. Don't believe it. We have one regular shash that is fogging up , the picture window is fogging up and the hardware on one one of the windows has broken. I've been after them for a year
