So I’ve had some extreme water issues (unfortunately) with my house and I’ll tell you, United Water Restoration Group was awesome! CJ was very professional, honest and extremely nice, even a bit funny too. So if you, unfortunately, have any flooding or anything like that at your house, I would highly recommend this company!

I would definitely recommend this company for restoration. We had a leak from a shower pipe which flooded the bathroom, bedroom and hardwood floors. The plumber came and fixed it the pump. The plumber then contacted United Water Restoration who came out the same night to set up the humidifiers and blowers. Kenny and his group kept me posted on… all the details. They came back each day to check the drying of the dry wall, carpet and hardwood floors. He also contacted a construction company to come out and fix the drywall and molding and carpet. Great company and service!

Everyone that we dealt with was very professional and responsive. I have to say Chris Sanchez is an asset to this company. He was knowledgeable, took his time to explain the process, explained what each piece of equipment was used for and put up with my excessive talking. I listened as he was telling his co-worker what needed to be done - he didn… 't just tell him what to do, he explained why it needed to be done.

What an amazing company and group of staff members. They treat you like family, are so professional, helpful, and kind. This company and staff came to my rescue during a nightmare I encountered at the beginning of the year. I highly recommend United Water. I had a flood in my bedroom and they were out within a half hour drying up the room. A week later I had to call again for a problem in my kitchen. They came out on a Saturday which was more convenient for me. Great job!!! Jarron was very professional and let me know everything he was doing and always called in advance to let me know he was coming. Very happy with the service.
