He was 13, and that summer job tapped into his business mind and his calling to help others, launching a career making property damage "Like it never even happened." We had a minor leak on the second floor of our house and didn’t know what to do or who to call. We stumbled upon Servpro’s website and read their reviews which were great. We called them around 11pm and spoke with John who took the time to discuss the issue and assured us about our situation. He explained the process and gave us advice on how we can limit any further damage. He gave us the option of sending someone over right away that night or waiting until the morning. I did not like this business. Their contractors weren't all that reliable. And they're trying to nickel and dime us in the end. I feel like they took advantage of us in a very vulnerable time. I met my deductible paid for all my upgrades. This company just wants more and more money above and beyond what my homeowner's insurance will pay. Plus they put a lien on the house when insurance didn't pay right away.
