On 6/1/21, I had an emergency and Rick Anderson with Dry Solutions came out ASAP. Due to a pipe leak, the carpet in my bedroom closet and bedroom was soaked with water. My adjoining bath was also affected. Rick set up equipment so everything could be dried out. When job was done, the carpet, vanity and baseboards were saved. Nothing ruined. When I was able to return home, Rick had everything put back in place, all was clean and it looked like it had never happened. I'm no expert, but I also think their charges were reasonable. Rick did a great job, was professional and courteous, and I highly recommend

Dry Solutions is AAAMAZING!
We had a disaster about a year ago that I posted about on Yelp (it’s in the pics) I called so many places. Dry solution’s owner Rick moved his schedule around to help our desperate situation.
Well almost a year later getting maintenance on our Brand new RV (that I keep immaculately, even obsessively clean) during which a tech incorrectly blew debris INTO a channel that should have been OUT from the rear of the refrigerator created a mess in our kitchen especially around the pristine fridge.
Rick once again worked his schedule to get into the area for helping us

Dry Solutions did an amazing job cleaning my micro fiber sectional. I was ready to throw out this couch and buy a new one but my wife convinced me to try this first. The results are almost unbelievable. I feel like we have a brand new couch. The person that cleaned my couch was really professional and courteous. The whole process took about an hour and half.

RIck was professional and courteous from start to finish. The cost after the job was completed was exactly the same as what he quoted me when I made the appointment. I'm guessing it helps to be as specific as possible when describing what you need cleaned. I have one mattress that is almost a decade old that was covered with pet stains. Although he wasn't able get all the stains out, which I didn't really expect considering the length of time we've had both the mattress and the stains, it's now much cleaner and more presentable!

Rick's services were highly recommended by Royal Maid service, and he was a courteous professional from scheduling, to follow-up calls, to the actual cleaning. I had to call Rick so many times leading up to the appointment, and he was very flexible in rescheduling the date and time (multiple times). I even found out that they did carpet repair (quick and reasonably priced), and it saved my family from having to replace carpeting.
