RENTAL TERMS: Terms are Month to Month - There is a 5 day grace period for payments to be made. On the 6th day a $10.00 late fee will be assessed, if rent remains unpaid at 16 days past your due date there is an additional $10.00 assessed. VACATING: There is no refund on rent. We DO NOT pro-rate. It is your responsibility to remove your lock when you vacate.

Very nice and clean units. All in lighted area. Lots of parking for loading and unloading. Fair sized storage and pricing. On site staff is very friendly and familiar with each unit. They were very helpful when making a decision about what size I would need for my items. What do you know? It's perfect, with that help I didn't need the bigger one that cost more. I'm flabbergasted at the business side of this. Was a walk in the park. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to store something short term or long term. These people are crooks. I gave them 5 months prepaid rent for storage space in 2018. I only used 2 months and they took the rest telling me no refunds. The family seems very backwoods, and the husbands a coward!!! I will never refer this shady establishment to anyone not even the devil himself!!!

We just got our unit, the manager John was very attentive and friendly, the prices are great and there is 24 hour security.
I totally expect to be upgrading to 5 stars by the time we move out.

Great storage unit but the business kind of sucks because Bridget's gone ): they're raising the prices on the storage units and you're forced to follow it no matter how many years you have been with them. And closed units after 9pm!? Usually I could go in at anytime to get my things.
