Complete Kitchen remodel can be anywhere from the ranges above. Items include custom cabinetry, texture, painting, countertops, tile and backsplash installation. Not included in the price will be faucets, light fixtures and sinks. Depending on size most complete bathroom remodels are in this range.

We just had them out for an estimate and Emmanuel was barely here for 15 minutes. With a blank spiral notebook and taking no measurements, he gave us a ballpark figure of $42,000 and then asked for us to send them ideas and they would come back with a more formal estimate. We had to pay $80 for a trip charge and when I asked how to make out the check, I was asked to write it to the individual who came out rather than the company. Will not use.

Manny Zermeno not only has experience renovating a home to get ready to rent it out to tenants, but he is also very experienced finding the perfect tenants. He has much better knowledge of the real estate market than 95% of real estate agents. Call him if you want to do any sort of remodeling!
