Our residential work ranges from large, custom remodel projects to new, custom designed homes of any size. Southworth can provide design services or will work with your architect, whichever best suites the project and the customer. Our goal is to build space that you love. Southworth's commercial work is geared toward owner-occupied office, restaurant, retail and small medical.

I'd avoid these guys like the plague. Whatever name they operate under, whether it be: Sherwood Homes, Prestige New Homes, Walmer Homes or now Southworth Construction, I'd seriously suggest you do not buy a house from them.
They fold companies, and pop up new ones with different directors to dodge the system.
We've had to spend thousands on rectifying shoddy, sub-standard work, including replacing an entire sewerage treatment plant. Lots of assurances were written into the contract but the moment these jokers have your money this simply disappear.

South worth construction/walmer homes prestige new homes/ whatever their calling themselves this week are a nightmare, think very carefully before buying from them. They have a long history of shoddy workmanship and breaking planning laws, leaving drainage systems that don't work etc then they disappear without trace only to pop up in a different locality to rip some more people off. Avoid or regret it
