Called Basely Romero From Pureair to repair/replace the AC system after calling 4-5 renowned companies in NJ. He was honest, and estimate of labor and parts was very reasonable as compared to other companies. Every company that came to see the existing system got cold feet at the amount of work that was needed to bring the old system out from basement ceiling with walls/ceiling all around it but Romero said no problem with a smile on his face. No problem in pulling the permits when we asked for it. The best part he made changing the filter so easy now which before took half and hour. Give him a

We called Mr. Romero and I’m about a hour and a half he was at my house. He was very communicative throughout the process. I had a hole in my pan under my ac coils. He ordered the part and within a few days he was back at the house to repair it. I hope I don’t have anymore issues but if I do I will be calling him. Top notch service.

Aw man...what can I say about Beisley that hasn’t already been said?! We recently purchased a home that had an old furnace (~15 years). We were hoping we’d get a few more years out of it, but it conked out on us randomly a few days ago. We called Beisley, he took a look and was able to tell us what the problem was and was very thorough. He ultimately recommend a new unit to be safe. Voila! The next day we had heat. After 2 no show appointments with large a/c companies, I called Pureair. Beisley was at my house within 2 hours. My a/c unit is over 25 years old. He charged the unit, changed the filter, got it running great and explained how everything works. He went over the cost of replacement, which I really need, but did not push for the sale. He quoted me prices for installing wireless thermostats and boiler tuneup. When I mentioned a problem with our heating system he offered to look at it and did not charge me for it. I look forward to having Pureair back in September for heating maintenance.
