We went to an open house at a home built by another builder that looked similar to our Genesis home, and we are so pleased with the home we bought! Ours looks so much better, and so much more amazing than the other house we looked at. It had no character, no walk-out basement, no nothing. We just want to say we are so thankful for the house that we bought and how amazing it looks.

They use the poorest quality contractors, they don’t care they were months behind the build. They don’t get back to you even when you spend a lot of money the owner and dude who run the company don’t know how to do their job. Go somewhere else!

My wife and I have lived in our Genesis Home for nearly 2 years in the Heritage Development in Grimes. We couldn't be happier. The quality of our home is excellent and any small issues we had were taken care of quickly and easily by Genesis. When we entertain guests, they just rave at the unique design features that this builder provides. Thanks Genesis for giving us our dream home.

This was our first time building a home. Not only was the process fun and easy the quality of our home I would compare to anyone out there. At the one year mark we had just a few normal and very minor touch ups and they delivered and fixed as promised. Thank you to Dan, Joseph, Ken, and everyone we came in contact with at Genesis Homes. If you want to build choose Genesis.

My fiance and I are first time home buyers/builders. I can honestly say that the process of purchasing our lot, and having Genesis design our home has been soooo easy! They have taken the stress out of the whole process, and have made it enjoyable and exciting. With Genesis, we knew our costs before the they even started digging, so no surprises! Everything from the flooring to the light switch covers - you are in the know. The design team is also amazing, you can tell they all work together as a team to build the home you have dreamed of, custom to your wants and needs. I truly can't speak highly

I do not recommend this homebuilder. He gives no attention to detail or to convenience of future owner. I bought an expensive house and expected everything to be right as in other homes I've lived in at this price or lower. Bathroom has two entrances but light switch at only one entrance. Garage interior lights cannot be turned on from the house. Lights outside garage can only be turned on from front door, not from garage. Insides of window wells are completely visible from large basement windows, and they are filthy, stained, and banged up. Wood floor already squeaks in places. Fuses blow constantly
