I purchased a Napoleon fireplace from them and installed it myself. They were very helpful in making sure I had everything I needed for my project. They also hooked me up with a CampChef pellet smoker that I am excited to make some mouth-watering meats on.

We have fire feature burners of all shapes and sizes, from single tube to rectangle, round etc. We have burners that are match lit systems, or electronic ignition. We offer fire feature parts for the do it yourself person. We also have some complete system or ready to finish systems. Our fire feature burners are available in natural and propane gas.
We carry many parts for the propane industry such as brass fittings, regulators, tank valves, hoses, safety pilot valves, thermocouples, thermopiles and much more. We also have parts for gas grills such as burners, venturi's, knobs, igniters, heat shields, cooking grates etc. We offer many parts as it relates to natural and propane gas.

Casual BBQ & Fireplace is my go-to shop because they have great products, the best prices in town, and their customer service is amazing. Keith has helped me with several projects; he has a ton of knowledge and experience and is always willing to provide great insights which gives me peace of mind knowing I have the correct components required to get the job done properly (and safely). He also helped with my gas fireplace, helping with routine maintenance and keeps it running for a very fair price.

I tried find someone in the valley that could help me with a chimney liner kit for a wood burning stove insert I was working. Keith was able to find what I needed and got it here quite quickly. Darrell was extremely helpful and made sure everything I needed was in the box before I left. The experience was impressive that I later returned (about 2 months later) to buy a new Big Green Egg. Keith was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the BBQ types and tricks. Not only did he personally drive the BBQ out to my house and help set it up, but he coached me through starting it up and even recommended

I came to CB&F for a longer gas hose and a propane fitting for my 100# bottle. Darrel helped me out and with all the parts needed to make it all work. The regulator I purchased was not large enough or PSI wasn't enough I should say. I called him and told him of the problem. He ordered me a larger PSI regular right away and it came in the next day. I went and picked it up and for my troubles he didn't charge me for the larger unit and also gave me some mesquite injection sauce. I reassembled everything back at my camper and now it works good as new. Now that's how you take care

Keith responded promptly to my phone request for help. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix our 25 year old gas fireplace. He found a small gas leak and fixed it. He cleaned everything in the firebox and cleaned the glass thoroughly. Now everything works like new.

I needed my vented gas fireplace repaired. I dropped into Casual BBQ and was immediately assured that this could be cared for. Keith was the repairman who came out quickly. He was thorough, communicated clearly what was needed, and corrected the problem. The cost was very reasonable and fair...under $100! Other fireplace repair shops had told me they would need to replace the entire unit and quoted up to $1000! What a difference to find an ethical, honest, and skilled technican! I would highly recommend Casual BBQ and Keith for your fireplace repair needs.
