Great service! Our old Majestic fireplace had an occasional strong odor of fumes. Aaron arrived at our house on time, and diagnosed the problem. He answered all my questions and gave me some additional information on how to clean it and start it up in the fall. The best part is that he didn't charge me anything, even when I insisted on paying him!

Unfriendly Staff Gave us no information on what we were looking for. They wont remove an existing fireplace or help in any way as far as that goes. Went to Alpine and Skip took the time to show us the differences and what models are available that may work , Best part they remove the old fireplace. I dont recommend these guys at all.

Young woman who helped me was knowledgeable and helpful. They had life demos that helped me understand quickly what I wanted and they had stock in store so I could have taken it that day if I was ready. She knew pricing and specifications off the top of her head which was awesome. Great customer service
