Jay was fantastic! I had to reschedule my appointment and they were very accommodating. When he arrived he was polite and efficient, even moving a few small pieces of furniture for me. When he was done I couldn't believe the difference in my carpet and tile! Will definitely be using him again!

We called Pro Team to see if we could salvage our very sad, possibly original carpets in our new condo, and from start to finish, first call to goodbye, Jay and Pro Team were absolutely amazing.
Not only were they professional and accurate with quotes on the phone, but Jay was a real delight to meet and went above and beyond to provide the best service we've seen in Las Vegas.
Our carpets went from filthy and covered in dark trails, to beautifully light and perfectly swirled. Amazing that this was even possible and done so quickly! They take great pride in their work, and have fantastic attention

I get a quote over the phone for $100.
When technician came Price jump to $150
When I asked why is 150 he drop down to 100$ ? I told him that I need basic wash and he told me ok if you have some big dirt
I will need different machine. I was not supervised him when he was doing a job so he came downstairs I pay them and he hand me a machine to pay with the credit card and was a question if I want to pay a tip on a machine of course I paid because I don't want to be bad guy(I was not realized that in a this day you need to pay a tip for a carpet cleaning maybe I'm wrong but it's kind of weird

Our carpets look brand new! I wish we would have done this SOONER! The system that was used by the Pro Team is great, unlike previous experiences, the carpets were dry with in a few hours which is great when you have kids. The price was very competitive, and most importantly the process was very professional, quick and prompt. We will definitely recommend and use Pro Team services again.
