I paid almost $800 for moving services that started at 9 am till almost 5pm. The men who worked were very slow and took their time and would take breaks and would continue working when we walked by them. On top of this my furniture was damaged in the moving process. My walls in my new house were scuffed and they left marks and did not care. They even took apart my desk and assembled wrong, leaving a huge chunk out of the top of my desk with no mention of doing so till I found out after the fact. When the driver was confronted about the damage he completely denied any damage and told my husband

Currently sitting outside enjoying our new house. This company was so amazing and helpful they really set the bar. Nothing was damaged, they were extra careful with everything, and were troopers through the whole move on a hot Houston day. Can't thank them enough! Truly made moving into our first home the best. Customer service was also in point! Highly recommended!! Thank y'all for everything!

I am so thankful for Mr Martinez and his crew. It's never easy to move into a third floor with no elevators and definitely not cheap. But I was so fortunate to have this crew do it in a timely matter and for an affordable price. My boyfriend set up the appointment and spoke to Mr. Martinez, and according to him the conversation was professional. When I was introduced on the actual day of my move I was pleasantly surprised of how professional the crew was and how fast they worked. My wife and I were so impressed with the professionalism and care the movers took helping us to set up our home. They went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. These gentlemen despite working all day were jovial, offered advice on furniture placement (and they were spot on each time), and were happy to help my wife try out furniture this way and that. Additionally they are very reasonably priced and very prompt. They will be HIGHLY recommended by us!

I used these guys in 2013 and hadn't thought to write a review for them until today as I was writing a review for Ameritex who moved me this past weekend and did an amazing job, especially in contrast to A1 Martinez.
A1 Martinez had come to me by referral from a friend. While they did a good job for her, they did a HORRIBLE job for me:
* They ruined a number of new dresses (one of which was almost $700!) - seriously, how did tire tracks get on them?????
* They left behind a number of items that I didn't realize until I'd gone back to turn in my keys.
* They talked about me in their
