Incredible movers and moving experience from these guys! They took care of my stuff, they wrapped everything and made sure all my furniture and items had covers on them so they wouldn’t get dirty or damaged! I own a lot of stuff and they organized they’re truck very well and made everything fit. Really fast workers as well they don’t sit around taking breaks at all or run the clock, incredible people that really care about your money and time. Would definitely recommend these guys in every way possible.

These guys did an AWESOME JOB!!!
Not only was the company rep the first one to contact me from thumb tack with quote, but the men had to move everything from the THIRD floor, 2 BR apt to another 2 BR apt on the 3rd floor. They didn't complain about anything! They wrapped all my wall hangings, sectional and several pieces of furniture with ALL GLASS TOPS/SHELVES. NOTHING DAMAGED! ! Then the guys even took our belongings to various rooms inside apt even though I told them that wasn't necessary. Moving in August, in the Texas heat from 3rd floor to 3rd floor with heavy /glass belongings

I had a horrible experience with this company. I scheduled a move with them and they took me off the schedule without my knowledge. Imagine having a 26-ft box truck rented for a tightly-scheduled move and you find out that morning that the moving men are not going to show up. That's what happened to me when I called Galactic Movers to confirm… the appointment. They told me they canceled my move because I canceled my Thumbtack account, which wasn't even true. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! I hired movers so I could take it easy on this move, but my sister and I ended up doing more work than the movers. Never showed up on moving day, I was told we would be getting an extra mover for free the next day. So I had to call into work, and they didn't bring an extra mover. So I was told I would get a discount instead. That definitely didn't happen. It took them 11 HOURS to do one load, they didn't even get all my stuff in the truck.
